It really comes down to preference is ultimately up to you. Xcode is what Apple has you use to develop code for Apple products, but if you are new to coding it might be best to stick with VS Code so you can follow along. You still need to install Xcode if you use VS Code.

Thanks man good advice. I updated my operator system and decided to stick with Xcode. Now I’m having other issues that I made a question for in another thread.
