Here is the video I got after rendering animation. Everything working fine in camera view but after rendering the output was that bad.
Anyone may know what happened and how can I solve it?

Really not giving anyone any information to go on to solve this. People that know animation better than me will need full screenshots of the timeline, the workings, not just a gif.

It looks like you keyed in the location of the pins at a point where it was only meant to keyframe the dynamics taking over
Also ensure that you have allow the timeline to play through to cache the physics animations
