I have the following 3 plugins installed:-
Video DownloadHelper
DownThemAll
Easy Youtube Video Downloader
Just so’s you know.
What video is not showing?
If a Lecture one I guess it will work ok with other browsers.
You could switch them all off.
And turn each of them on, and test which one is blocking!
A bit of trail and error.
Good luck.
Any. Doesn’t matter which course, which session, video is not present.
And I have tried disabling all addons and restarting Firefox. all to no avail. Fortunately Edge works okay.
Maybe delete cookies etc. for Firefox.
I must say, that I sometimes had blocking video’s in FF using Udemy!
Are you using Udemy?
Hey, I had the same issue on Firefox with several plugins, but it turned out it was not a plugin that was the cause but a setting in my browser.
In the settings, in the “Privacy & Security” tab, I had the “Enhanced Tracking Protection” set to “Strict”. It thinks the video player is a tracker and blocks it for some reason. I saw it in the dev tool of Firefox (when you press F12).
You can leave this setting as “strict” and disable it only for GameDev.tv by clicking on the shield at the left of your address bar.
Hope it will help!
