Hello Aryan,
If you click on Resources on the left within the Udemy website, you’ll see that each lecture has a link to Project Changes. Clicking on the link will take you to the team’s GitHub repository for that specific project in the course. Importantly, each link takes you to the specific commit, so where they were in the course will match the files you can download.
You don’t need to be familiar with Git/GitHub as it provides a link to download as a zip file, you can then just extract the project files to a new location, or, if you’ve already deleted the project, back to where these files were.
I would suggest using the Project Changes link from the last section you completed, e.g. if there was one section that wasn’t working for you, when you lost your temper, go back one from there and then continue with that lecture and onwards.
On the frustration front, it is quite normal and my only advice would, when you notice yourself getting to that point it’s probably a good idea to take a break. Often on a fresh set of eyes the next morning things you’ve been staring at for hours will suddenly jump out at your and you’ll have an “Ahh, I get it now!” moment.
You could also use the little breaks to hop on to the forums and have a look at some of the other student’s games, not only will that perhaps diffuse the frustration, but you can vent any anger by blowing up other people’s spaceships, or smashing their blocks to pieces - chip in with a bit of feedback as a way of a thank you and they will benefit too.
Hope this helps
Now would be an awesome time to learn about github and things like sourcetree … I too have the “hulk smash” issue with frustrations…
