Unreal Engine 4.22.3 crashes when applying Ceiling Material

When trying to apply the Material Instance called “Ceiling” which was created form the “MetalWood” Material, the Unreal Engine crashes, with the following message:

Any ideas? I can’t progress any further because of this? Thanks!

I just applied the material instance to a cube brush, and it worked. Then I tried on the ceiling again, and it worked? I have no idea what happened. I didn’t change anything. ??? But I am pushing forward now.
