Trying to use Unity 2018 for Android Build

I could only get Android build to work with Unity 2018, but it seems that I cannot get the crossplatform functionality to work. My PS4 controller is plugged into my computer via USB, and Unity recognizes that it’s plugged in with a message in the Console (“Joystick reconnected (“Wireless Controller”).” I’m still trying to find a solution, but I figured I would ask here.

It sounds like there are two questions here, but I can’t quite tell.

Is the issue that despite having your controller plugged in it isn’t responding to various inputs when you move the sticks or press buttons? If so, you may need to adjust the mappings under Input Manager, I had to do this for an XBox One controller recently (the course was aimed at XBox I think).
