Also, I didn’t mention I got the error LN 1104 about not being able to run my triplex exe
That linker error usually means it’s currently running whilst you’re trying to compile.
Not sure this will solve your particular issue, but when I got the LNK 1104 error, shutting all programs down (and saving before of course) and opening Visual Studio Code via command prompt again worked for me.
