I don’t know why my wedge at the 90 degrees of rotation in x it did’t pointing up!?
It depends on the orientation of your cube when you have created your wedge. For mine, I had to rotate -90* on the Y axis to get the good result. On yours, from what I see, X axis was facing you, Y axis was going upward, and Z axis was pointing to the side, so you should try to rotate on the Z axis. On the following snapshot, right wedge has been rotated - 90¨° on the Y axis, while the left edge has been rotated 90° on the X axis.
