The head through the plan

why the pins interact like this with the plan? i mean this is happening from the head of the pins although the whole pin does not fall down throw the plan ??

That suggests your centre of gravity which uses the origin point, is set near the top of the pins.
Select pin; Object menu; Set Origin; Origin to Centre of Mass Volume.

yes i had set the origin to geometry ,and now i set it to center of mass volume and it worked , but can you explain what is the difference and thank you so much

The difference is where the origin point is placed.
Blender uses that position in physics calculations.

If you wanted something to always fall a certain way up if dropped, you would weight the base with lead or something, because it would fall ahead of more air resistant bulk of the rest of the item. It is the same principle. Where the centre of gravity, or mass, volume, is affects how it falls and interacts.

Other people have had the same problem but in a different way. They sometimes ask why their pins won’t fall over! they wobble then stand up again. Same reason, in their case the origin point, centre of gravity was right down low on the base or nearly there.
