The model that is provided as the downloadable resource for this course is not the same as the one in the video. Whilst the same principles apply, the supplied model has some unconventional anatomy that cause rigging issues. It would be helpful to start with a model that had more traditional humanoid anatomy.

You need to move the bones to fit the model.
This depends on how you did design the Orc object.
