Just wondering, has anyone had any success in the games industry from doing any of the courses available?

Daniel, I wouldn’t expect many success stories with big hits etc. But probably there are many that are able to make some profit after doing it.
It is a long road. You should consider this course as the start of it.

To directly answer your questions, probably no (but happy to be told wrong otherwise).
What I have noticed however is that, if you combine this course with other materials online, possible experience from jobs that involve some form of coding, practice other skills in game development such as making assets and possibly either have a good computer degree or extensive experience in making games (a portfolio of sorts), I think you could make a success in the games industry.
There was this guy ages ago who messaged that, with his Computer science degree and years of experience as a coder and also doing this course, he was able to land a job in the game industry.
But ultimately, as with all things really, lots of hard work required
