So, I think this is a dumb question, but here goes anyway…
When I start the basic FPS game (just terrain and the controller), it locks the mouse cursor into Look mode. How do I get the cursor back so I can push buttons and such (like pushing the stop game button, for instance)?

Hi Larry,
When you say “pushing the stop game button” are you referring to the button within the Unity editor, or a button in your game?
Assuming the Unity play button, pressing Escape I believe unlocks the cursor and enables you to move the mouse within the editor.

Another solution: Ctrl-P is the shortcut for play/stop.
