[Solved] Ball is still in an endless loop

There was a lecture on how to avoid that, well it did avoid but still there is a lot of room for an endless loop.
Any ideas on how to solve it ?

If you search the forum here (try search criteria “boring loop”), you will find quite a few posts on the subject @soumith_potturi, there are a variety of approaches.
