Cannot install Cinemachine: EBUSY: resource busy or locked

So I had an issue where this error showed up (EBUSY: resource busy or locked) which didn’t let me install Cinemachine.

Fortunately, after some googling I found out the reason was because I had Visual Studio open!
Once I closed it I was able to install Cinemachine with no issues.

Posting this here in case anyone has the same issue in the future.
