Is This better? I don’t know what happened to the quality, Both are rendered with cycles. I think it is because this is a reply.

Ahh! Cycles …
Cycles calculate the image using light beams from multiple light sources. Less light (power), the lesser probability the light ray reaches the camera. The image becomes noisy and can cause fireflies (white spots).
This is not a problem! It nomal Blender Cycles behaviour.
- Increase Samples 128, 256, 512 … But the slower it gets.
- Switch on denoiser.
- Add more lights.
