Presumably we are supposed to zoom into the brave King surrounded by enemy. I find that I don’t like overusing blurring effect, since the whole picture turns into a mess.

less, blur, and switch over to Cycles.
Or increase Eevee samples (I think).

I agree blur should be minimal if used at all. It is interesting the idea of replicating a ‘defect’ of photography so expectant we have become of it. Of course it can be used to centre attention.
