I have got a lot of ideas but I think that I’ll come back to this scene once I know how to apply textures as of now I am not able to do what I want.
Meanwhile. What do you think about this close-up view? How can I remove noise from shadows? Any tips is appreciated! Thanks

Very nice pins and ball.
The noise in the render is easiest fixed by ticking the denoise tick box. It is View Layers Properties panel, right down at the bottom, probably need to scroll to find where they hide it.
The alternative is lots more samples. Lots more render time. Denoise works well.
