A cozy looking island.
I like the detail’s and the smoke coming out from the chimney, it makes the scene more lively ^^

Because it is an outside scene, you could use a sun lamp type.

Great job.Nice red color for the light house. Love the light on the light house and the light coming from the windows.The smoke makes the scene more realistic.
Just a thought though . You can lift the light on the right side of your camera a little so the light comes from above and light up your trees and island floor and won’t light up your island from the bottom like right now.Besides have fun with the lighting and all!!. Experiment with it as much as you want.You will get great ideas by doing so.Its your creation after all!!Have fun and enjoy the journey.

Thanks for the suggestions! I tried moving the sun direction around like you suggested and just none of them looked quite right still, I think a lighting specific course is in my future, ha.
