I’d only used Blender a little before, but got back into using it with 2.8. So here’s my well in Eevee and Cycles. More light seems to sneak out through the tiles in Eevee, but the well itself looks softer and less ‘plastic’. Looking forward to improving textures later on! I put a ‘yellowish’ spot under the roof to suggest a lamp in there, but mainly to bring out some of the inner details. The tiles have changed from grey, to terracotta, to grey - with the reddish wood of the frame, I thought it was all looking a bit too red!
