Hello all,
I’ve come back from taking a break/being busy to the updated Blender course changing to 2.80. Below you’ll see images of my small shrine I made using google images as references. It’s been a while since I used Blender so a lot of my knowledge I’ve lost but even if I knew it, with the new GUI I have no idea where everything is, so I can’t make the model more complex.
I still had fun, and hope further in the lecturers I can keep improving and make some of the stuff I can think of in my head!
The ‘Cycle’ render doesn’t look too good to me, a lot of the light isn’t visible, when I only changed it to 6-8. I’m happy with the ‘Eevee’ render. I didn’t try manipulating the lights for the cycle render as my PC is struggling due to age. So I just wanted to take a picture of it and what I did. Hopefully when I save enough for a new build/new parts, i’ll not hesitate to rework in cycle’s render engine.
