Hi Guys,
Here is some extra exercises in building and simple shapes. Too much fun! Does somebody have any advice in how to not show the selected item in the png image?

Hey, models look good!
How are you rendering the image? If you are selecting Render -> OpenGL Render Image, then all you should need to do is deselect everything (press ‘A’ while hovering over the 3D view) before rendering.
Another option is to choose Render -> Render Image which won’t show anything selected.
I hope this helps
Looks great Renee!
Okay I followed along with a few tutorials before this course so I’m only slightly ahead but here is what I was able to come up with!
Nice job on the drawers, looks nice
Very cool stuff everyone! @Cleod love the E-11 blaster! Also cheers @Experial and @Kaaletram fellow “lampers”
So open GL render looks horrific on my machine so I went with a full render. My lighting makes no sense ignore that plus I didn’t get the light emitting properly my knowledge is too patchy. I didn’t jump ahead on this tut but I’ve followed Blender Guru’s beginner tut up to the beginning of the materials section so I used sub-division modelling here which I’m practicing since I’ll be modelling for games first off.
Hi everyone! I had brain freeze on this extra challenge and finally decided just to start in a room… which became a living room… I am loving all the cool creations coming from everyone. So excited to be here with you all!
I’m really loving all the creativity here! This is something I should have done a long time ago.
Anyway, I made a temple to Zeub… Zeus’s much younger brother, for the last lesson.
I made an out-of-scale ping-pong table, as well as some other things, for this lesson… I’ll just say it’s for his human friends.
