Big fan of MIB movies.
I setup the light using two spot lights, one on the top focusing on the Noisy Cricket and sun glasses and another one, wider pointing at the middle of the lockers, then a big plane with emission on the back.

Personally, on my monitor, it is too dark.
And the gun looks like low resolution somehow.
But a really nice first post and concept. Welcome.

Nicely made scene. You are no beginner!
Moodily dark lit for effect but that makes it harder to see. I believe you missed the focus too… For me, there is some table edge in focus but the gun is less sharp. Which I presume is the supposed focal and attention point? Black sunglasses on a jet black table largely lost to the viewer.
