Scripts descriptions

Hi there!
So I made descriptions to those two scripts which we use in our project.
I include also some of the descriptions from previouse topics.

I added new function ‘OnDrawGizmos’ which can be enabled by boolean value in editor.
It will help you to better understand how relavtive vector of camera is computed.

If I made mistake in code please write it down, i will try to fix it as soon as possible.
