Made a Rubik’s cube for the assigned materials challenge! It’s just a set of basic cubes + a bevel modifier. The stickers should also have rounded corners, but I wasn’t sure how to do that yet, so this is good enough for now.

‘Easiest’ way at this stage is probably to create one of the stickers from a plane: if you’ve found/are familiar with the bevel tool, you can use ‘vertex only’ in the bevel options and increase the segments to make a curve and get your rounded corners. Then you’d need to extend the outermost vertex on each curve to re-form the overall cube shape, and select all the vertices/edges and fill (F) the face in. Replace the sticker faces on your beveled cube, and voila
Looks really good regardless though, and I’m sure there are cubes out there that don’t have fancy rounded-corner stickers!
