Not sure what I did wrong, but looks like the rig isn’t parented to the bones any more? Help
This happens if you edit mesh at the same time you edit bones or similar.
It’s not always obvious what cause such a situation but always keep the
rest position and Scale/Rot applied when modifying the mesh.
Best way to fix should be to revert rest-position, drop parent on everything
and re-parent each mesh-segment to it’s bone.
