Replying to Topic via Email

I think this may have been activated recently, as I think I tried it in the past and it didn’t work. Anyway, it makes a mess of the topics because it is including the full reply and a variety of badly formatted text/links, example here:

The above would have been a two response from the user but instead creates a tomb of text (yes, I appreciate the irony of me stating that)

Are there any Admin controls which allow the formatting of these emails? Specifically it would seem what would normalyl be hyperlinks are being created as text and links but without a space between them.

It’s not just down to the user to clear all of the previous content in the email is it? erk…

Could well be down to them clearing the contents, I’ve just toggled this setting off which should help…

Hi @Ben, thanks for the reply. Just to check, when you say toggled, do you mean on like the screenshot, or off? (hoping the latter) :slight_smile:

Just re-read what you posted, I didn’t spot the “off” previously! My bad… I will close this now and mark solved, re-opening in the future if I see anything untoward etc.
