You mean the fireflies on the wall?

In the earlier days of Blender you needed to crank up the samples from say 128 to 1000 or more.
Or add more light to the scene …
Or use a lightbox …
But you will learn.

For now, you can switch on the Blender denoiser for Cycles!

But with more knowledge of Eevee, you can get nearly the same results as with Cycles.
Just follow the course.

Love the denoiser. Old blender was such a hassle with ridiculous amounts of samples and tweaking all kinds of other settings.
