Been bashing my head against this one for a couple of days. Had a lot of the issues other people have talked about insofar as the original Pathfinder was only intended to build one path. Multiple paths weren’t so bad to implement, but getting all the right behavior for click to move was tough for me. I’m something like a monkey trying to jam a banana in a keyhole when it comes to programming.
I’d like to execute a Dijkstra’s Algorithm, and saw Brian has a post about it, but couldn’t quite get my head around it.
Anyhow, enjoying this section of the course a bunch. I tapped out for a bit in the Rail Shooter, as I really didn’t enjoy the game loop premise. I’m very interested in making turn-based strategy, so hoping you fellas launch that one soon!
