Re-starting the RPG course, can I use Unity 2020 LTS?

The course was made with the 2018 Unity w/ Prefabs. There are some other features I want to play with (ECS), which only come with later versions.

Is it recommended to only use Unity 2018 for the RPG courses or can I use the latest LTS?

Can anyone advise? If I’m just going to have a bunch of problems and incompatibility issues I’ll just stick to 2018

Yes, you’ll have no trouble at all with the LTS, except in the Cinemachine section (and then only when trying to record your cinematic sequence, which is quite optional). The rest of the course will run very well, and you’ll get improved UI (with lists and arrays, and the Dark Mode). I actually recommend 2020 LTS for the course.
