Randomn in C++ and unreal

I was told that I should not use normal ctime seeding randizers with the Unreal engine, but instead I should use the random function. I have only seeded with c time and I do not know how to access the other randomizer.

Does someone know to use it, or even what it is called.

I want to extend my bulls , cow game further by building a dictionary class with words and definitions.
Now that my TMap is working properly, all I would need is to build a class that sets words out to the other function, while using its own accessor function to display the word definition.

The reason I want to do this is to make the bulls cow game a much better game so that when I start importing the code into unreal I can do more with the game.
