Hey Guys in this video the teacher scaling in shading in the mapping tool x,y, and z in the same time. How can he do that? I’m using Blender 2.9.

click with your mouse on scale-X, while still clicked drag down to ‘z’ and release the mouse.
You’ve then selected 3 fields, entering as one.
