Sharing my Queen Topology.
I decided to just delete the face at the top the cylinder and extrude and scale inward to create the face loops. I then extruded each face individually and backed out without moving them.
I grabbed them all at once and scaled them along their individual origins and then scaled them along the median to flare them out. the spheres where just cylinder extruded again with some loop cuts and shaping.
