Problem with armatures and meshs

when i rotate my armature in the pose mode the mesh is getting somewhat weird like the shape is changing when i move my armature

? Pose mode means, that the mesh is also transformed depending on the (automatically) added bone weights.

If strange then the weights is changed somehow. re apply armature …?

Yes, your bones look strange!
If they were stretched vertically Z-ax

If I go into OBJECT mode end select the bones (all three bones are orange).
And press Ctrl a, choose option Apply > Rotation and scale.
Your misbehavior is gone.

But now you see a misalignment between bones and mesh.
You need to fix that also. You can do it!
