Problem when hold Ctrl to select multiple blocks

When I hold ctrl and try to select multiple blocks to change color it doesnt works. It then select only my Canva object.

Do I have to set something?

I had this issue too! The canvas seems to take priority when selecting multiple objects. In one of the lectures in this section Rick used the Layers menu to hide his canvas:

  1. In the top right of Unity to the left of the Layout dropdown is a Layers dropdown.
  2. Select that and click the eye on the layer called UI to toggle it off.

This will hide the canvas from your viewport, but allow it to still be an active object.
