I decided to take this course prior to learning C# or taking other game courses. As the focus of the course is mathematics, is it okay if I haven’t started programming with C# yet?

We don’t expect you to have an prior coding knowledge before starting this course.
We focus more on the math and less on learning specific coding syntax. So, as a general rule, we avoid using any concrete coding examples and instead opt for pseudocode (where applicable). This will then allow you to take the general concepts and apply them in your language of choice at a later time.
