i removed all virsion from unity and i installed the last virtion but i make a new project he says to me this massage

My guess would be either a network connection issue (check that you’re logged in, make sure your firewall isn’t blocking Unity, etc.).

Or it may also be a broken install or buggy version. Have you tried a different version of Unity to see if you get the same problem?

I’ve never encountered this issue so advise on a definite fix, I’m just taking a few shots in the dark.

Hi Adnan,

Do you have administrator rights on your computer? If so, run Unity “as administrator”. Please see here if you do not know what I mean.

What firewall do you use? Do you use any antivirus software?

Please refrain from creating multiple threads on the same issue. It makes it difficult to keep track of your problem and suggested solutions. I’ve unlisted and closed your other thread.
