Here’s the pin after the mesh has been spun! I’ve played with the spin tool before, and it’s also worth noting that it automatically spins flush with the camera angle (from whatever angle you are looking at it). So instead of using the spin tool and adjusting the values in the operator panel, you could also view the mesh from above (and orthographically) and hit spin, and it should look as desired on the first attempt. Either way, here it is! It also has the smooth option applied.
