No lighting in renderview

Ive attached my blend file, can anyone find my light? I could start over but for the learning experience i want to solve this.

Click use nodes on the lamp and adjust size and emission of the lamp plus the position to find a balance on the lighting.
I think something changed using a single point light so we get to 3 point lighting later on :slight_smile:

You are using a 136 Watt light bulp, in a distance. So what do you expect?
Light emission (intensity) diminishes in distance by squared.
And the light is also overruled by the environmental (overall) light.

  • increase lamp intensity,
  • move closer to the wel
  • use sun type
  • lower environmental light (world tab).

Well thank you. Yes i shouldve been more specific, the watt I understand. Ofc 135 watt at that distance is to weak. I had played around with the light and left it at that distance u hade inte the file. The thing with the
overruling world light is the thing I learn from this.
