New Meshes

Hi, experts,

I have created a new mesh and try to rotate them or resize them, but it does is moving. Can someone help me to solve this problem?

Check to make sure Proportional Edit it DISABLED in Edit Mode

Is easy to accidentally turn it on/off hitting the letter O. I hope this solves the issue for you. You are very welcome.
