New fun game

I’m taking this course as part of an effort to recreate the experience of a game I worked on a few years ago.

The game was NS2: Combat. I was part of the team that took it from a mod -> standalone. However, I believe we had an issue of too-many-cooks, and would like to see what could happen if I were allowed to morph that type of moba/twitch shooter purely into the experience that I enjoyed.

Unreal is without a doubt the best development experience I’ve found so far (spark engine/lua scripting for NS2, various dives into unity over the years, custom c++ SFML endeavors), and after finishing the UE4 C++ Mastery course w/ Tom Looman on Udemy, this multiplayer course seems like the obvious next step.

I look forward to learning all I can and hopefully contributing to the community in the process!
