Well, I don’t think it’s that bad (I’ve still to focus properly on legs)
I tried to gather some reference images to build up muscles, feel free to criticize
I spent lot of time on the hand, never done before, was a pain but I’m quite happy at the moment, having no anatomy background
some skewed fingers but… my eyes are skewing too at the moment 
The hands are excellent!
and yes, the legs are less detailed as the rest of the body.
Nicely done. The fists are tough to do. I wonder why Grant didn’t just model open hands and we would pose them after rigging? I think that would have been easier…
Reference images are the way to go… Or phd in anatomy. Though I doubt that they are available position for “orc anatomy” phd programs 
. Maybe a few in Mordor
