Here’s my plane model for the Section 2 Lecture 25 challenge. I’ve had some previous Blender experience, but I have lots of holes in my knowledge and I want to work toward really mastering Blender with the help of this course.
I used this image as a guide. This plane is based on an extruded cube, but I also used a mirror modifier, a subdivision surface modifier, and the spin tool for the propeller. I changed the background to look like the sky using the world settings, played with the lighting a bit, and rendered it to an image.
