This is my orc, Blergh, so far 
I applied the knowledge of the broken horn, and chipped a tooth as well to give him some more character.
I might add a facial scar on the same side so that it looks like he had an intense battle and lost a bit of his horn and tooth.
338,492 vertices as of right now. My laptop is slowing down a bit, so I can’t wait for retopology.
