Just drag an image from your render output folder, into the message edit area.

Unfortunately we can not see your work, a few teething problems knowing how to post images here. Fed Pete explained how. An alternative way is to click the image icon in the middle of the row of icons at the top of the text entry box. Then choose your image by browsing your computer and selecting the image. then clicking the upload button that appears.
