I made the well and also put the monkey up on the stairs we made earlier. I used cycles instead of eevee. i was getting all those white dots (which you can still see some of) but I turned up the sampling. is there other ways to get rid of those dots?

Yes you did one of the ways to remove or reduce the ‘noise’. Thr other way is to tick the ‘deniose’ box in the Layer properties tab (looks like a set of photos stacked as the icon), have to scroll right down to the bottom of that tab to find where they hide it!
Your well has a few issues of scale and sizing if you imagine a human walking under the roof. Tiles not working like tiles, overlapping the joins of the next row.

Ok, I’ll go back to this and fix the well. I wasnt too happy about it either, but I was eager to move on.
