Thanks and sorry for the late reply.
I made its object separately and then put everything together.The desk was really simple, i just used blocks and cylinders.
As for the keep there were two main objects: the tower, from which came all the towers but also the walls, and the gate.
The tricky thing was the gate’s front towers.I had to watch a video on how to cut an object and in my case a cylinder.
What i understood from this project is that one should start from a very basic shape and then begin putting details.Also break down the project into smaller ones.

also are these actually the first things you made in blender? (if so that is amazing)
