Whenever I go through 3-4 days of intense work where I manage to succesfully implement a features(s) for my project I tend to take a full day off because “I feel I earned it”. The problem is that It tends to happen 4-5 times a month and that is 4-5 days on top of the weekends that I do nothing. So no “earned” days off for me on July, weekends are enough!
