Missing modes window

Hi, I am not able to modify the landscape as there are no modes available to choose from. There is however a “Place Actors” window, but it does not contain any of the tools needed at the top of the modes window.

I am using UE 4.25, so it may be possible it has been removed / moved?

It’s moved in the toolbar on top.
