What holds the gondolas in place?
You could just make a rod side to side through a hole in the central gondola pole, just touching the underside of the canopy.
I didn’t want to go to crazy with the details - for example I took the spokes out of the back wheel in an attempt to declutter the image.

Any particular reason you are saving on details in a very small scene?

In one of the lectures Mikey says something like “don’t spend hours getting it perfect, stop when you have the desired effect”. My goal was to model this simple drawing https://images.app.goo.gl/fMjAqij4Q9qdyfJk8 Because the drawing is 2D, you don’t have a problem with the back spokes cluttering the picture.
