Meshes don't follow rig

Hi guys, I have problems with ears meshes following rig, I applied all mesh modifiers, origins are in the right place, scales at 1.000, all small meshes joined to the head mesh, assigned the same weight paint from the head rig, everything is fine with eyes, mouth, nose etc but not the ears, not sure what am I missing? Could you help me out?

Apply mirrors?

or mirror object including mirror empty , connect to the bone.

add ear empty
connect ear to empty
use empty as mirror ax
connect empty to bone.
